Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using WatchTraderHub (“Service”), operated by Chronotime LTD (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.

2. Account Terms

2.1 Account Registration

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration
• You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service
• You are responsible for safeguarding your account password
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

2.2 Account Restrictions

• Each user may maintain only one account
• Account sharing is permitted within your organization
• Accounts are intended for watch dealers, businesses, and enthusiasts
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time

2.3 Account Termination

• You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Account
• Your account will be deactivated immediately with a 30-day grace period before permanent data anonymization
• During the grace period, you may contact support to reactivate your account
• No refunds will be issued for partial months of service
• Financial records (invoices, sales, credit notes) are retained per EU tax law

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for:

• Breach of these Terms
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Non-payment of fees
• Activity harmful to other users or the Service

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use WatchTraderHub to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights
• Transmit malware or malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
• List counterfeit or stolen watches
• Engage in any activity that could damage our reputation or business

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Billing

• Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance
• Prices are in EUR and exclude applicable taxes
• You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
• Price changes will be communicated with 30 days notice

4.2 Refund Policy

• Due to the immediate access to services upon payment, no refunds are provided for partial months
• The Free tier is available for evaluation purposes
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law

4.3 Failed Payments

• Access to paid features will be suspended upon payment failure
• You remain responsible for any uncollected amounts

5. Service Availability and Support

5.1 Service Availability

• We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time
• Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible

5.2 Support Response Times

• Standard support: Response within 24 hours
• Priority support (Pro and Business tiers): Response within 12 hours
• Support hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00-18:00 EET

5.3 Integration Delays

• Updates to integrated platforms (Chrono24, eBay, etc.) may take up to 24 hours
• Such delays are beyond our control and do not constitute a service failure

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Your Content

• You retain all rights to your inventory data and content
• You grant us a license to use your content solely to provide the Service
• You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to all content you upload

6.2 Our Content

• The Service, including the watch database, software, and design, is owned by Chronotime LTD
• You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of the Service
• Watch specifications in our database are aggregated from public sources

7. Data Protection and Privacy

7.1 Data Ownership

• You own all data related to your inventory, customers, and business operations
• You can export all your data at any time from Settings → Account using the “Download My Data” feature. Exports include your profile, inventory, sales, invoices, clients, and settings
• We comply with GDPR and respect your right to be forgotten

7.2 Data Security

• We implement industry-standard security measures
• However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials

8. Disclaimers

8.1 Watch Database Accuracy

8.2 AI-Generated Content

• AI-generated descriptions are provided as suggestions only
• AI may produce inaccurate or inappropriate content
• You must review and verify all AI-generated content before use
• You are solely responsible for all published listings

8.3 Service Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CHRONOTIME LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO WATCHTRADERHUB IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Chronotime LTD from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Your listings or business activities

11. Governing Law and Disputes

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Bulgaria and the European Union, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

11.2 Dispute Resolution

• We prefer to resolve disputes informally. Please contact us first at support@watchtraderhub.com
• If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Sofia, Bulgaria
• You waive any right to a jury trial or class action lawsuit

12. General Provisions

12.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Chronotime LTD regarding the Service.

12.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

12.3 Assignment

We may assign or transfer these Terms at our sole discretion. You may not assign your rights without our consent.

12.4 Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
